I am a Lead User Experience Researcher, with more than 10 years of experience in academic and enterprise-level research.

As a mixed-methods User Researcher, I work closely with cross-functional product teams to strategize and lead research at different levels of product development, from initial concept and design to final outcome. My research is agile, rigorous, and adaptable to business needs and constraints.

In my research, I incorporate a variety of research methodologies, from surveys and card sorting to in-depth interviews, moderated usability testing, and diary studies. I am at my best working on both generative and evaluative research in an attempt to understand current and future user needs and trends.
