I am a User Researcher at Thomson Reuters, Ann Arbor, MI. In my role, I work closely with crossfunctional product teams to strategize, plan, and implement research at different levels of product development, from initial concept and design to final outcome. As the liaison between users and product owners, I plan and conduct research, turning research findings into actionable items to ensure a successful user experience.
In my research, I incorporate a variety of research methodologies such as moderated usability testing, card sorting, in-depth interviews, surveys, diary studies, and participatory design workshops, to name but a few. My research experience spans fields as diverse as market research, ethnography, and UX. Reports of most recent projects can be made available by request.
In my work and daily life, I am driven by intellectual curiosity and the ethical commitment to understanding user behavior and improve user interaction with technology.
